Who are we?
Earth Harvest Farm, LLC is a small family farm located just outside
of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin providing good, clean, and fairly priced
food through our vegetable CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program. We started with 30 CSA shares in 2008 and will have 85 shares available in 2011. We're known for our friendly customer service, transparent and honest growing practices, kid-friendly interactions with our animals, and for giving a wide array of vegetables while focusing on providing larger quantities of the favorites: beans, corn, potatoes, and tomatoes.
The Farm
Located behind Grand Geneva between Lake Geneva and Lyons, Earth Harvest Farm
exists on three parcels of land. The land on which we grow our vegetables
hasn't been conventionally farmed for at least 15 years, which means our
soil is alive and healthy. We are Certified Naturally Grown, meaning that
we use no harmful pesticides or herbicides, no genetically engineered seeds
or feed, and we actively care for our soil by adding compost, using cover crops,
and rotating our crops. |
